MOZAIKA BAR
The Mozaika Bar is an exceptional place where fantastic barmen will whip up original, mouth-watering cocktails. In designing this space, it was important for us to emphasize freedom, for it to be discernible not only in the décor, but also in the selection of cocktails and dishes on the menu as well as the unassuming atmosphere. A special bar menu is also available at our bar full of traditional snacks and bar classics. Don’t forget to visit this exceptional and vibrant place, brimming with joy and openness and yet stoutly professional. The bar is open between 11:00 am and 1:00 am.
MOZAIKA DELI
The Mozaika Deli is a place where you can purchase the ingredients we use as a base for our restaurant and bar menu dishes. In meeting the expectations of our guests as well as local residents head on, we have decided to provide them with an opportunity to purchase products, even those the very rare ones, which we use on a daily basis to make dining here a truly amazing experience for the taste buds. Top quality products from tried and tested, regional suppliers play first fiddle. Fresh, supple breads, excellent fruit and vegetables, fish, cured meats, cheeses as well as dishes and snacks which we make here. Meticulously selected wines will leave you spoilt for choice. We also have a cafeteria, where guests can enjoy an aromatic cup of coffee. Open between 7:00 and 19:00.
EXECUTIVE CHEF
Tomasz Koprowski has been associated with creating the Mozaika Restaurant, Bar and Deli concept since the very beginning. Previously, he spent seven years with the French Accor and the legendary Sofitel Grand Sopot hotel, where he was also the Executive Chef.
Tomasz is a graduate of the Eugeniusz Pijanowski Catering School in Warsaw. His career started at the Marriott Hotel in Warsaw. He became a chef at the age of 21.
Throughout his professional life he has cooked for many celebrities. These include the French President Nicolas Sarkozy, Chuck Norris as well as sporting world stars such as Conor McGregor.
The Chef’s Dishes are always of the highest quality His preparation and the passion with which he cooks helps to bake each dish into an extraordinary adventure.
Tomek is always on the lookout for ways to stimulate the taste buds. His is an artist who creates truly original pieces. He strives for perfection and is always looking to improve something.
